Queijaria da Amendoeira is a specialized in cheese and derived cheese products.
The cheeses we produce are known for their exceptional quality, we maintain their traditional way of manufacture, being produced manually, without additives, fulfilling all hygiene standards, and food safety control.
For the sheep cheese, only ingredients are raw milk from our own sheep, salt and vegetable natural coagulant (Cynara cardunculus) which gives the unique aroma and sui generis flavor. On goat cheese, differs from its composition, the ingredients are goat boiled milk, microbial curd and salt.
The wide range of cheese that we have in Queijaria da Amendoeira goes from the buttery cheese to semi-cured and cured cheese.
